This cottage is brand new for 2007 having entrance hall with storage and open plan Living / Dining / Kitchen area with LCD TV,DVD,CD stereo in the lounge.

The Kitchen is well-equipped and modern with granite worktops, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms; one with King size bed and en-suite shower room/WC and a further twin bedded room with TV and en-suite bathroom. Additionally the ground floor bedroom features a King size bed with en-suite wet room and WC. Prices all include linen and electricity.

Locally there is something for everyone from activities and attractions for tots and teens to couples, families and groups, from the most active to the more sedate. Children are most welcome.

There are excellent places to eat and shop; from traditional local pubs to the many café's bars and restaurants of Matlock and a little farther a field Ashbourne and Chesterfield. Bakewell is particularly well-served with its quaint and interesting shopping arcades full of antique, curio and gift shops.

Attractions abound in The Peak including steam railways, outdoor activity centres, limestone caverns, pony trekking, museums, Stately homes and amusement parks such as Alton Towers and Gullivers Kingdom.
