This new style cottage has an entrance hall, open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 4 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom to sleep a total of 9 + cots.

The Kitchen is well-equipped and modern washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave.

There is a Twin bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower-room W/C. On the first floor there are two spacious kingsize bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower-room W/C and one with a TV and en-suite bathroom W/C. Additionally there is a small single bedroom. On the second floor you will find a spacious kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower-room W/C.

Locally there is something for everyone from activities and attractions for tots and teens to couples, families and groups, from the most active to the more sedate. Children are most welcome.

There are excellent places to eat and shop; from traditional local pubs to the many café's bars and restaurants of Matlock and a little farther a field Ashbourne and Chesterfield. Bakewell is particularly well-served with its quaint and interesting shopping arcades full of antique, curio and gift shops.

Attractions abound in The Peak including steam railways, outdoor activity centres, limestone caverns, pony trekking, museums, Stately homes and amusement parks such as Alton Towers and Gullivers Kingdom.
