Join us for a long weekend of bliss on our Yoga and Nutrition Retreat! 

Our next retreat is being held on the weekend of 19th April, for three nights. We’d love you to join us for some shameless self-care. 

Yoga and Nutrition are the key areas of focus on this Peak District retreat with two yoga sessions per day and cleansing plant-based meals to nurture your body and soul. You will be hosted by a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor and a functional nutrition counselor. Give yourself the weekend off and join a group of like-minded people for a spring weekend retreat in the Peak District.

You’ll be in a great area for exploring, walking, seeing the sights, or just hanging out around the cottages by the lake and surrounding nature trails. Whether you are a self-proclaimed yogi or you just fancy giving yoga a try, the instructor will make sure your sessions hit the spot. What we love about our instructor is how she puts everyone at ease and makes sure the practice is accessible to everyone.

We will also be on hand to speak to guests about their personalised nutrition goals and give them great advice and tips to take away with them. 

We are delighted to offer guests the opportunity to switch off, relax, and take care of their physical and emotional well-being.

Yoga and nutrition

They will be offering two yoga sessions per day for those who want to take part. The sessions will be held either indoors or outdoors, weather-dependent. You will be next to a lake which is the perfect backdrop for your Restorative classes, but if the British weather does not allow for that, they have a calming communal space perfect for yoga, meditation, and socialising.

  • 11:00 Optional five senses meditation walk

  • 18:00 Calming yoga flow
  • 19:30 Dinner
  • Relax in the hot tub, by the lake, or chill with a book

Monday

  • 08:00 Morning drinks
  • 08:30 Energising yoga
  • 10:00 Check-out
