Our unique and exclusive grounds include a private lake and babbling brook, as well as the charming, stone-built Darwin Hall wedding venue, with its two large function rooms. The Hall interior has a classy multifunctional design, allowing you to create just the atmosphere and look you dream of for your special day.

Darwin Hall is a unique, high-quality venue for entire weekend Wedding celebrations or midweek, one-day weddings to suit your wedding plans.

The hall can seat up to 130 guests on either floor and sits adjacent to the lawns, which can easily support a large marquee. The lawns run down to the lake and the wonderful babbling Darwin Brook which feeds the lake with fresh waters from Darley Moor.

Darwin Lake is an exclusive village setting with 17 quaint, four-star, stone built cottages to accommodate up to 130 overnight guests. Here you and your wedding guests can all relax in the comfort of our beautiful surroundings for the duration of your wedding either over the weekend, or just overnight.
